Operations Management:
- Customer experience management – emails and enquiries
- Client management – managing client files, liaising with clients on appointments, payments and their overall experience
- Diary management – including Rebecca’s sessions, appointments, speaking engagements and events
- PR/Press enquiries and interviews/articles – managing all press requests and proactively seeking out new opportunities
- Event management – liaising with event organisers and venues, overseeing sales, managing participant communication and logistics coordination, with some live support on the day
- Travel planning – Organising travel and arrangements for Rebecca’s speaking engagements/tours
- SOPs – creating and maintaining clear standard operating procedures for the business to run efficiently and effectively
- Managing contractors – bookkeeper, accountant, web developers, designers, photographers, virtual assistants etc as required by the business
- Finance Dashboard – invoicing, managing expenses and working with the book keeper to log, reconcile and manage the accounts as well as plan, forecast and make recommendations for income streams and budget management
- Business Dashboard management – providing analysis, insights and recommendations to grow the business on a weekly/monthly basis
Technical Management:
- Website updates and maintenance (WordPress)
- Formatting and sending out newsletter campaigns with content/blogs (MailChimp)
- Online marketing strategy roll out – social posting, setting up ad campaigns in facebook etc
- Creating simple marketing images such as banners, advertisements, memes, etc (We can use a graphic designer for big projects, but this skill is very helpful for smaller projects)
- Organising media with contractors (images, pictures, videos, logos)
- Managing an online store and shopping cart
- Working with the Online Launch Manager to launch, manage and maintain online courses
- Basic tech support for clients participating in online courses
- Being a community concierge to the online course groups in facebook/membership site
- Managing online membership site (Wishlist)
- Managing affiliates and payments

Excel, Word, Google Drive, Dropbox, Apple programmes, Mailchimp, Leadpages, WordPress, Acuity Scheduling, all Social Media channels, Wishlist Member, PayPal, Xero, Linux, VPS hosting

B Schooler, SEO understanding, Very basic photoshop for dropping in text to social media template, Infusionsoft/Ontraport, Project Launch Formula, Facebook Ads
