The Future Ancestor

In this episode

I am excited to introduce you to writer, healer, visionary and friend, Annabelle Sharman.

A proud Mutti Mutti woman, Annabelle honours her ancestral cultural heritage through her work as a multi-disciplinary artist and healer.

Annabelle is the author of The Future Ancestor, “an empowering book to help readers connect with Mother Earth and their ancestors through insightful practices, inspiring stories, and healing wisdom.” Also a certified social worker, reiki master and holistic counsellor, Annabelle’s work is located at the intersections of art, culture, community, health and wellbeing. She is doing deep, profound, and important work to bring healing to her country and her community.

In this episode, we go deep, exploring land consciousness, seeing the sacred that is all around us, ancestral healing and how we can be a positive future ancestor for those yet to come.

“We have to care for the water. It’s a life source and a life force. The Murray River is my altar. That sacred water is a part of me.”
