What does ‘Living the Question’ mean?

In this episode

We’re exploring: what does ‘living the question’ mean?

So much in my life aligned once I really understood how to embody my intuition by living the question.

‘Live the question’ is a phrase that comes from one of my favourite books called ‘Letters to a Young Poet’ by Rainer Maria Rilke. Living the question has evolved into a key practice in my life. It changed everything for me once I really understood how to embody my intuition by living the question. I sense it can create significant shifts for you too.

In this episode I share some big questions that I’m living into right now, as well as the practices I use that help me listen more deeply for the answers.

Living the question is all about embodying our intuition – living from a state of curiosity, wonder and humility as we navigate the complexities of being human.”
