It was inside you all along

I’m a perpetual traveler. A searcher. Always looking for ways to grow and learn and understand. For many years I searched for that feeling of truly being at home. Through people, places and experiences. I moved countries, cities, houses. I traveled all across the planet meeting truly amazing people, visiting some hugely diverse places and filling my suitcase with breathtaking experiences. But never quite perfectly finding that place or person who would bring me that at home feeling. Until I realised that the place was not physical and while enhanced and made warmer by the people it was so not about them. That place was inside myself and like all things that truly matter, I had it with me all along.
